Hi @Petrofercy,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer isn't printing documents from Word, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Step 1: Check Printer Connection

Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer.

  1. USB Connection: If using a USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected.
  2. Wireless Connection: If using a wireless connection, ensure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.

Step 2: Set the Printer as Default

Make sure your HP OfficeJet 200 is set as the default printer.

  1. Open Control Panel: Press Win + R, type control, and press Enter.
  2. Go to Devices and Printers: Click on Devices and Printers.
  3. Set as Default Printer: Right-click on the HP OfficeJet 200 and select Set as default printer.

Step 3: Check Printer Status

Ensure the printer is online and not in an error state.

  1. Open Printer Queue:
    • In Devices and Printers, double-click on the HP OfficeJet 200 to open the print queue.
  2. Check for Errors: Look for any error messages or pending print jobs. If there are any, clear the queue.

Step 4: Run the Printer Troubleshooter

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter for printers.

  1. Open Settings: Press Win + I to open Settings.
  2. Go to Update & Security: Select Update & Security.
  3. Run Troubleshooter: Select Troubleshoot, then Printer, and click Run the troubleshooter.

Step 5: Reinstall Printer Drivers

Reinstalling the printer drivers can resolve many issues.

  1. Uninstall Printer:
    • Open Devices and Printers.
    • Right-click on the HP OfficeJet 200 and select Remove device.
  2. Download Drivers: Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer.
  3. Install Drivers: Run the downloaded file to install the drivers.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
