Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 has been working fine, but lately waits about 2 minutes between print jobs.  The color ink is very low, but I don't need color.  Black ink is starting to get low, but still prints fine.

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are facing issues with slow printing. 

 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Reset the printer.
  • Check the print driver settings.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the print driver.
  • Update the printer firmware.
  • Check the network status.
