@Larry129, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP OfficeJet Pro 8715!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 keeps repeating the last print job, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Cancel All Print Jobs:

  • Access the printer queue from your computer.
  • Select all pending print jobs and cancel them.

Update Printer Firmware:

Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that the printer is not set to "Keep printed documents" in the printer properties.
  • Sometimes, this setting can cause the printer to repeatedly print the same job.

Reset Printer Settings:

  • From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard.
  • Touch the Setup icon.
  • Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
  • Touch Restore, and then touch Restore Factory Defaults.
  • Touch Continue on the confirmation message.
  • Wait until factory defaults are restored and the printer restarts.

Clear Print Spooler:

  • On your computer, search for "Services."
  • Find "Print Spooler," right-click, and select "Restart."

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
