My My HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 printer with plenty of ink of all colors has stopped coping and printing in color.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page, and then evaluate the results.

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

  2. From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu

  3. Open the Reports or Tools menu.

  4. Touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic Page prints.

If the document has no colors, follow the steps from the document Color or Black Ink is Not Printing.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Dear TEJ1602,

Those suggestions didn't work, so HP is sending a complete set of new ink because they think that the ink (instant ink) may have dried up, especially the yellow.
