HP Office Jet Pro 6970 error msg0x6100004a. I do not have a paper error. I can not turn my printer off manually as the screen shows a spinning wheel. The wheel keeps spinning keeps spinning nothing happens. I have to unplug the printer to turn it off. When I plug the cord in the screen says that I should use the power switch that won't turn it off. Does anyone want to buy a printer? In the past HP has made good Printers. This one is the worst.
