Product: HP 7858 printer

My HO ENVY Photo 7858 is frozen on startup.  It is stuck after loading one dot on the startup screen and will not proceed to load any further.  The power button also does not turn it off.  I have performed a hard reset (unplugged for 10-15 minutes and removed the ink cartridges) but the same thing happens still when plugged back in.  It’s plugged directly into a known good wall outlet as well.   OS system up to date. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.  Thank You!
