Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I'm trying to print a text document. I tried word doc and pages and word online but none of the text print. Only the letterhead prints. I tried restarting my computer, disconnecting and reconnecting the printer. I need help.

A warm welcome to HP Community! I'd like to help.

Does the printer print letters and characters if you copy a document?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Which application are you using to print. Eg: Preview, Word, Adobe?

Could you also print a printer status report and let me know the result. In order to print the report:

1.) On the printer control panel, touch the Setup icon .

2.) Touch Tools.

3.) Swipe down the display, and then touch Print Status Report.
