How do I resolve error code B8A2F2E8?

Is this a recurring issue?  I had the error on my Officejet Pro 8600 Plus back in March and again in April.  I disconnected the power, waited a minute and plugged it back in and it cleared the issue and has not reoccured since.  In my case it seems related to short power disruptions.
