My OfficeJet 3835 Wont print colour from my Desktop but will from my Mac

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion I5 8th Gen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So when I bought the printer, it would print in colour absolutely fine. It still does from my Mac. When I am trying to print in colour from my Desktop, it will not, and will only print in Grey. Any ideas?
I have followed all of the solutions I have found on the forums, but nothing.

Thank you,
Sean

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.

Same here, I have an Officejet pro 8710. In the beginning it worked fine, but now all I get is black and white printing. Color is gone.

And when I print a test page it's in color...?

They sent me this link which seems to have worked...

Hope it works too!
