My Office Jet 5200 no longer prints double sided automatically. This started happening after I downloaded the HP app for this device because and I had switched to a wireless connection vs USB.  I've gone into all the settings to try and fix this, but nothing has worked. I also deleted the app; still didn't fix this. Now I continually get a picture (attached) showing me how to do this manually.IMG_0504.jpeg

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
