HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer has no error messages.  I have run the HP Print & Scan Doctor 5.7.4 & everything checks out OK.  I have cleaned the printheads & also re-aligned them.  Because genuine ink cartridges are no longer available, I've started using generic cartridges, though still have a genuine cyan cartridge in use, which I replace with a generic one - it made no difference to the print quality.  By way of example "red" prints like magenta.
