Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

My pagewide pro 477 dw would not print from my wife's ipad so I checked the HP 477 and it needed to reconect to the wireless WIFI (comcast). Then I found out that I needed to update the drivers so I did. But I still cannot reconect to the wireless network. So I was going to try to shut down the printer This was about 4 or 5 hours ago. Now I can't get anywhere with it. It will not shut down nor can I make it come back to the home page. What should I do?

Pull the power cord, wait five minutes and plug it back in.
