If your HP ENVY 5032 All-in-One Printer is stuck in printing mode and not proceeding with the print job, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

 

Step 1: Check Printer Connection

  1. Ensure the printer is properly connected to your network or directly to your computer:
    • Wireless Connection: Make sure the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
    • USB Connection: Confirm the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the computer.

Step 2: Clear Print Queue

  1. Cancel any pending print jobs:
    • In Windows, search for and open Control Panel.
    • Go to Devices and Printers.
    • Locate your HP ENVY 5032 printer, right-click on it, and select See what's printing.
    • Cancel any print jobs by right-clicking on them and selecting Cancel.

Step 3: Restart Devices

  1. Restart both your printer and computer:
    • Turn off the printer and computer.
    • Wait for a few moments and then turn them back on.

Step 4: Update Printer Drivers

  1. Update the printer drivers:
    • Go to the HP Customer Support page and download the latest driver software for your HP ENVY 5032 printer.
    • Install the driver following the on-screen instructions.

Step 5: Hard Reset the Printer

  1. Perform a hard reset of the printer:
