Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to copy from glass and computer, Paper gets stuck sometimes it comes out unprinted on its own.  Sometimes it tells me the papet tray is open or sometimes it says there is a paper jam.  now a blue screen is on with the home , back and ? icons flashing  with the message 8919DA61
