Hello there! I have about 30 printers of HP m428dw in my workplace, installed, all working, perfect, but 

throughout the day i get request  from the users complaining about printer not printing/working. 

Then having analyzed the softwares and drivers, i confirmed that all of them are up to date. 

So  i just re-start the spooler process, by (cmd, net stop/start spooler) 

Looking for assistance with this problem—could you please help? Any guidance on where to investigate would be appreciated
