When I print a document, the print quality is poor, if it is a photo, it prints with a ghost effect.
The ink chart on the cartridges detects that they have ink.
I have already run HP Print and Scan Doctor but have not detected any problems.
Has anyone had the same problem?

Welcome to HP support community.

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Meanwhile:

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report

  1. Load plain white paper in the paper tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon , and then touch Tools.

    The Tools Menu displays.

  3. Touch Print Quality Report.

The printer prints the Print Quality Diagnostic report.

If that does not print fine, follow the below steps:

Clean the ink cartridges

  1. On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon .

  2. Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Printhead. The printer cleans the printhead, and then prints a test page.

  3. Check the print quality of the test page.

    • If the print quality is good, touch Done.

    • If the print quality is not good, touch Clean Again. The printer cleans the ink cartridges again, and then prints another test page.

I hope that helps.
