Product: HP chromebook 14
Operating System: Chrome OS

Whenever I go to print it will not find any device, just looks for ever. The printer is found successfully - I have deleted and reinstalled it several times - but the print dialogue finds nothing, not even the pdf option. Even with the printer deleted from setup it still finds nothing, not even the pdf option. So basically I can't print anything from this laptop!

I have another make of chromebook on the same network and it finds the printer and will print to it without problem so it looks like the problem is with the chromebook 14.   The printer is a newOfficeJet Pro 6230
