My hp envy 4520 wont print or make copies

The printer wont print or copy. You can see a shadow of what i want to print or copy. The ink cartrigages are full. Dont know what to do.

I understand that you are unable to make the photocopy and print.

Please let us know are you using HP genuine ink cartridges.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report from the printer control panel, then evaluate the results.

1. Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

3. Touch Tools.

4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

   A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.

   

5. Keep the Print Quality Diagnostic report for easy reference later in this document.

Clean the ink cartridges

Cleaning the ink cartridges can improve print quality. Clean the ink cartridges from the printer control panel, then evaluate the results.

NOTE: 

To avoid issues that require cleaning, always turn the printer off with the Power button.

1. Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, then touch Setup.

3. Touch Tools, then touch Clean Cartridges.

   The printer prints a Print Quality Diagnostic report.

   

4. Examine the print quality on the Print Quality Diagnostic report.

Please try to replace the ink cartridges and check.
