Product: Hp envy 6055

Hi my printer is brand new and I just received it. I am trying to start up my hp envy 6055 and it will not print at all. There’s nothing wrong with it. The yellow light is indicating that there’s a problem with the paper tray but I have checked and there is not. It won’t print until the light is no longer yellow. This happened with my previous printer I ordered. I shipped it back for a new one and now the new one is doing the same thing. Am I doing something wrong?
