Hi @Jules2272
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check Ink Levels: Make sure the ink cartridges have enough ink. Replace any cartridges that are low or empty.
Remove and Reinstall Cartridges: Take out the cartridges and then reinsert them. Ensure they’re seated properly.
Run a Print Head Cleaning:
- Go to the printer’s control panel.
- Navigate to Settings > Tools > Clean Printhead. This can help clear any clogs.
Check Paper Type: Ensure that the paper type selected in the print settings matches what you’re using.
Update Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed. You can find updates on the HP website. Click HERE
Perform a Printer Reset:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source for about a minute.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor: This tool can help diagnose and fix common printing issues. Download it from the HP website.click here
