My previous ink cartridge seemed to have leaked in my printer. I took it out, cleaned the heads, and things look back to normal. I bought a replacement print cartridge of the correct HP brand and it still says the cartridge isn't communicating with the printer. I have no clue what to do and there is no number to call to find a solution or a store to which I could to take the printer to be repaired if needed.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
