My officejet 6700 premium is giving an error, Ink System Failure

Officejet 6700 Premium

My officejet 6700 premium is giving an error. It says "Ink System Failure, There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP" I have tried a lot of stuff to fix it with the virtual assistant but the problem has persisted. It also says "missing or failed print head, the print head appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed." But cartridges are all good so I don't know what is wrong
