With Instant Ink, I get an error message when trying to print. Connection Problem, Reconnect the printer to the internet so that the printer can automatically order replacement cartridges. My connection is great. When looking further on the Owned Printers page, it is showing my old printer as having connection. My new one is showing not connected. I need this fixed so that Instant Ink can continue to monitor my ink usage.

Since you mentioned that, your old HP printer shows connected but not the new printer, Are you still using your old printer with your instant ink account?

 

If not you need you remove your old printer and try adding your new printer. If you have already done it,

 

To get this issue sorted out, I would need a few more details.

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
