Hi @Jnadeau,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check the printer’s control panel:

  • The E0 error might indicate that there is an issue with the setup or connectivity of the printer.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on.

Ensure Proper Cartridge Installation:

  • Open the printer's cartridge access door and ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and seated correctly.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware. Visit the HP support website for your printer model and download the latest firmware updates.

Verify Connectivity:

  • Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If using Wi-Fi, ensure that the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a printer reset. This can often clear error messages. Refer to the printer manual to perform a factory reset if necessary.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open all access areas (front and back) of the printer and check for any paper jams or debris that might be causing the error.

I hope this helps.
