I have printer Desk jet ink 4828 when I started using it it says EE error and flashing I don’t know what is wrong?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds and then plug it back in.
  • Turn the printer back on and see if the error persists.

Check the Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the printer’s cartridge access door.
  • Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed and seated.
  • Remove the cartridges and inspect them for any damage.
  • Reinsert the cartridges and ensure they click into place.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Carefully inspect the printer for any paper jams.
  • Remove any stuck paper, making sure there are no scraps left inside.

Run HP Smart:

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
