My printer does absolutely nothing.

My printer does absolutely nothing. The state that it is in now cannot be changed. That is: Power light is on. Pushing it does nothing. "Home" light is dimly lit. Nothing else works. Removing power by unplugging it, wait 30 seconds and re-plug it in does nothing. It comes right back to the same state with the power light lit and Home dimly lit.

@don920, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Does Not Turn On and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
