HP Recommended
Remove ink cartridges, turn off, unplug from wall and remove USB cable if any.
After 1-2 minutes reconnect the cable and turn on. Put cartridges back in if it seems to be working.
I read that some advis.ors are sending private messages on how to do a hard reset.
Try calling support and ask about the hard reset as I am not privy to that information.
