My printer dosen't want to print in color just black and white

My printer has color tint and black and white tint and its only printing in black and white

I'd like to help!

To better assist you - 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page 

Windows :

1. Load U.S. Letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper into the input tray.

2. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

3. Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software programs, click the folder for your printer, and then click the name of your printer.

   The HP Printer Assistant software opens.

4. On the HP Printer Assistant window, click Maintain Your Printer.

5. Click the Device Services tab, and then click Clean Ink Cartridges ().

   A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

Mac os x

lean the ink cartridges in the OS X v10.10 Yosemite, OS X v10.9 Mavericks, or OS X v10.8 Mountain Lion operating systems.

1. Load U.S. Letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper into the input tray.

2. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

3. In the menu bar, click the Apple icon ().

4. Click System Preferences.

5. Click Print & Fax or Print & Scan.

6. Click the name of your printer, and then click Open Print Queue.

7. Click Printer Setup or Settings, click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.

8. Click Clean Printheads.

9. Once the cleaning cycle completes, click Print.
