If your HP OfficeJet 3833 is printing from your mobile but not from your PC, and documents are stuck in the print queue, it’s likely a communication or driver issue. Let’s walk through some steps to get it working again:
Restart Printer and PC
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from power.
- Restart your PC.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Clear the Print Queue
- On your PC, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your HP OfficeJet 3833 and select See what's printing.
- Cancel all documents in the queue.
Set the Correct Printer as Default
- In Devices and Printers, right-click your HP OfficeJet 3833 and choose Set as default printer.
- Make sure it’s not listed as “Offline” or “Paused”.
Reinstall the Printer Driver
