Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer is saying:

P:rinter Cannot Print: A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved.  Check your HP account for more information.  If you have an HP+ printer, make sure to use Original HP cartridges.  To learn more, pen the HP Smart app or visit www.hpsmart.com and sign in to your account which I did.  

 

I am not sure what is going on.
