Product: HP Officejet 5605 All-in-One Printer

It's a HP Officejet 5605zAll-in-One. I was printing my train tickets, when the next one suddenly didn't print except for the Deutsche Bahn Logo on an otherwise blank piece of paper It says on the PC screen, Print Preview error an error occured while printing. I've wasted hours trying to get an answer from HP they're a complete waste of time
