I can’t print it keep saying single mode

It sounds like your printer may be stuck in "single mode," which could be preventing it from printing. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix minor issues. Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Check Printer Settings: Look through the printer settings on the control panel or in the printer software on your computer. See if there's an option to switch from single mode to normal mode or another setting that might be causing the problem.

Reset Printer: Most printers have a reset option in the settings menu. Try resetting the printer to its factory defaults to see if that resolves the issue.

Update Printer Firmware/Drivers: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP website. Also, make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer.

Check for Paper Jams: Even if it's indicating a mode issue, sometimes a paper jam can cause strange error messages. Open up the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
