My printer keeps giving the error message that the cartidges cannot be used until the printer is enrolled with HP Instant Ink. I did everything the virtual assistant guided me through and the problem still persists. I turned off my printer, removed cartridges and put them back, I checked that the serial number matches my account. On my account the printer appears online with a green tick so not sure why it keeps saying that. I even removed and reinstalled web services on the printer. Ive used hp scan and print doctor.
Please dont suggest anything I have already used before. It didnt work on several attempts

This has been resolved. Anyone experiencing this just call HP. I called them and it was fixed in seconds
