Product: HP Smart Tank 580 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
At first my printer started to fail with printing so I opened it to clean the print heads, I don't know what I did and it "locked up". The control lights stay on. I've already tried the following:
• Ink levels at 100%
• Reset by using the buttons and disconnecting it from the power supply
• I have seen some tutorials and tips, I tried them but none of them work
• I disconnected the flex cables that are on the main board and reconnected them.
None of this works, I leave you this image as a reference:
It stays like this and does not obey any commands, is there anything else I can do?
Thank you!
