Why do you want it to stay on, does it take ages to warm up if it turns off?

A handicapped person needs to make her away over to the community from another room after 20 minutes of not having printed anything. We would like the printer to stay on until we are ready to turn it off.

Hi @pananthanas,

I'd like to help!

Follow the below steps to disable the auto-off feature

From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Setup).

2. Touch Power Management, and then $uto-2ff.

3. Choose an off or disable option. A message shows up, prompting you whether to always enable auto-off.

4. Touch Yes

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
