Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

My printer was working and then it just stopped, will not turn back on. HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP 277dw. I am currently working in Sryia and the they have 220 and not 110, so we have to use transformers to run equipment. Do this type of printer have a fuse that I change check?

There is a repair manual here but it is not an HP site.

I suggest you do not download anything other than a PDF manual.

 

Many printers do have fuses and possibly a surge caused the fuse to blow out.  Usually a blown fuse indicates a real problem on the PCB and not with the line voltage.

 

Check that the power cable is making a good connection. It may look like it is in but it my not be in all the way.
