I’ll try to explain this in the best way possible. My printer does not want to work. It does not want to connect to Wi-Fi, the yellow information button keeps popping up. But without Wi-Fi, I cannot figure out what the problem is, therefore, I cannot connect my printer to my phone! I’ve tried everything and no one seems to know the answer. If someone could help me, that would be great!
