@Korbs78, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP All-In Plan for Print: Cancellation and Printing Issues!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you canceled your HP All-In Plan for Print subscription, it is likely that your printer has been disabled as part of the cancellation process. Here’s how the cancellation impacts your ability to print and what steps you can take:

Impact of Cancellation

  • Immediate Disablement: Printing services are turned off immediately if you cancel within 30 days of enrollment. If you cancel after 30 days, printing services continue until the end of your billing cycle.
  • Return the Printer: You are required to return the printer to HP using a prepaid shipping label supplied by HP/FedEx.

Steps to Take

Check Cancellation Email: Look for the email with instructions for returning the printer. This email will include the prepaid shipping label.

Return the Printer: Follow the instructions to return the printer to HP within 10 days after your billing cycle ends.

Update Payment Methods: Ensure that your payment methods are up to date if you had issues related to payment method updates prior to cancellation.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
