Product: Envy photo 7855

H9 Envy photo 7855. It tells me to load paper when I try to print from my phone. It has photo paper in the machine. It will not print.

I'd like to help!

 

Please help me with the below information

 

Are you able to make copies using the printer on regular paper?

What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

What Phone are you using with the printer android or ios?

 

Meanwhile, refer t0 the printer specifications to know the supported paper type and size
