Hi @Aval00758,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer won't do anything and is displaying an error message such as "4E" or "E4", there are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue.

  • Check the printer's display panel for any other error messages or codes that may provide more specific information about the issue.
  • Make sure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network, and that all cables and connections are secure.
  • Restart both the printer and your computer to see if this resolves the issue.
  • Check to make sure that there is enough paper loaded in the printer and that the paper tray is properly aligned.
  • Check the printer's ink or toner levels to see if they need to be replaced.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
