So when I put paper on the glass to print, paper comes out, but nothing prints. My black and white cartridge is over half full, my color is 1/4 full. I have the system to print in black and white only, but it won't print. I had the system clean the printheads and still does not work. Once the printhead was cleaned, it did print out in color at the end of the cleaning. I did a hard reset on the printer and it still does not print anything. Help?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Thank you. I found out again I have a bad HP print cartridge. I have been purchasing them from Walmart and they say geniune HP cartridges. But this is the 3rd cartridge that seems to have gone bad or is not good. So strange. I guess I will start purchasing from HP directly from now on. Thank you for your help.
