Hi, my print show smudge image of the top part. What is this problem and how to fix it? ANy help very much appreciated.

As this is considered a repetitive defect, you can measure the distance between the original image and the repeat. This one is fairly widely spaced which suggests a drum error, however depending where your located, printers located at higher altitude can experience these problems and you can adjust the printer to adjust to that.
