I have an HP Envy 7460.

Whenever I am printing the bottom part has just a few mm extra of white causing the print to not be centered. It's perfectly centered on my screen but not when I print it. It's not even close to the bottom, even on the computer it's got almost an inch.

When I print the alignment page it also looks to have a bigger white section on the bottom.

That was after I used the printers Self alignment and print head cleaning features.

The alignment page you mention is likely the color alignment to ensure print quality and not image placement on page.

Usually there is a tray alignment function (or registration) under print quality but I do not see it documented in the user guide. That said, I have run into cases where the manuals neglect to mention specific features, so I would check either under print quality menus or possibly the tray menu, if there is one.

I could not find a tray alignment function. The tray also did not have a way for me to change the guides form the look of it.
