Hi @Albeitares,

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand your printer is stuck in initializing mode.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Please try the steps recommended below.

  • Sometimes an error message persists even though there is no packing material or jammed paper inside the printer. Resetting the printer might resolve the error.
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
    Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

If the issue still persists try performing an NVRAM reset on your printer and check if it helps.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hello. Thanks for your quick response.
The printer was constantly restarted without the possibility of admitting any order by the keyboard.
I talked on the phone with the HP Technical Service in my country and the technician instructed me to try to repair the problem.
All attempts were in vain.
Finally they are going to send me a new printer for being still in the guarantee period

Regards
