Microsoft Windows 11

I had been printing quite a lot of material when I ran out of paper. About 30 minutes later, I replaced the paper and tried to use it again. It made a uncomfortably loud whirring sound and has since shown this message:

 

Carriage Jam

Open the cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and then make sure the cartridges are installed correctly.

 

I believe I’ve followed these instructions. There was no obstruction and I’ve double-checked the cartridges are clicked in. I’ve also tried turning it off and on, plus a second go where I unplugged it entirely.

 

The carriage jam message remains. Any ideas what I could try next?
