Product: Envy Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I continue to have a black line down the left side of my printed work on the Envy Photo 7855.  I have done the calibration of the cartridges 2x, cleaned the cartridge 2x and even changed the black ink cartridge and done both operations again without results.  The printer is less than a month old and this started this week.   It also appears, although lighter, when I scan.  Cleaned the screen and glass elements to ensure nothing is there, same result.  Anything you can suggest to correct is appreciated as my frustration level has reached it's peak with this product.
