Need a phone call

HP Recommended

 cannot print as I get notice "printer...waiting for printer to become available"

I have done all suggested steps through and including reset printer. Nothing worked.

 

I need someone to call me ASAP.

 

I am a school teacher teaching remotely and in person and am already problem solving hundreds of other issues

I followed the steps listed here as a "fix"

@maestradiana, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print.

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Which device are you using to print?

How is the printer connected?

 

For now, try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Keep me posted for further assistance.
