HP Latex 800 W Printer

We have an HP Latex 800 W. This morning I got an error. Either the white ink pressure sensor is bad or the white ink cartridge is defective. I have ordered another ink cartridge, but it won't be here until tomorrow (and I don't think that's the issue anyway) . In the meantime I am trying to get in touch with someone to schedule a repair if necessary. I have been trying for about 3 hours. The first 4 times I called, I waited on hold until eventually the call just disconnected. When I finally did talk to someone they told me my serial number was not registered (even though I know it is) and said they would email me a registration form. I waited and waited. Never got the email. Called back again, same thing. They said they would email me a form, but I have not gotten an email.

Our company has purchased two HP Latex 800 W printers and we spend tens of thousands of dollars on supplies per year. The fact that we can't get any help when we have a problem is extremely frustrating.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get through to someone who can help?

If so THANK YOU in advance!

Were these purchased directly from HP or through a vendor? My first contact point would always be vendor as they tend to be more responsive and can also escalate the issue easier than an end user.

Thanks for the response. I bought it through a vendor, and they were my first call. They haven't had any luck either. I also tracked down the number of a service tech that helped us out several months ago. He said he would try to help, but he has the same 1-800 number that I have.
