I have a m26a printer and there is constant HP logo and power+attention light blinking.
Anyone help with this.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

 

Pleasse check this docuemnt for troubleshooting steps , Click HERE

 

You can also try these steps:

  • Make sure the paper is in good condition and stacked neatly in the tray.
  • Remove any severely bent, wrinkled, or torn paper from the stack.
  • Load the paper with the print-side facing up into the input tray.
  • Slide the paper length and width guides so that they are resting against the stack of paper.
  • Check for paper jam.

Hi, Printer seems to be not responding to prints, only scanner is running properly.
but not printing, HP logo and power and attention light is blinking continuously.
In Hp smart app printer status is unknown.

Reset steps are spicific to printer model, hence I've sent you a private message with the instructions. In order to access your private messages, Click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link
