My HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One needs a new clamp to hold down the black ink cartridge. For some reason I can’t put in the serial number because it keeps saying it is not a valid number. However, it is TH02B750J2068B…….dont know why it is invalid?

The serial number is first 10 digits starting with TH......

 

The part you need for replacement is E0X34-60020
